On Wednesday, the price of gold in Pakistan registered an increase. The price of 24 karat gold rose by Rs.2,300 per tola, reaching Rs.264,000, compared to Rs.261,700 on the last trading day, according to DMH News. The price for 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw an increase of Rs.1,972, now standing at Rs.226,337, up from Rs.224,365. For 22 karat gold, the price per 10 grams reached Rs.207,476, compared to Rs.205,668 the previous day, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained constant at Rs.2,900 per tola, and Rs.2,486.28 for 10 grams. In the international market, gold prices increased slightly, with spot gold priced at $2,523 per ounce, while spot silver edged up by 0.2%, reaching $28.39 per ounce. Platinum saw a 0.5% increase to $942.75, and palladium rose by 1.2%, trading at $958.25.
